Summary



  •  Most times we have received payment after the work. Clients review our work, after his/her approval we will send a payment request through our payment gateway. In this case, there will be no refund.   
  •  If the client send us payment before the work and he/she is not happy with our delivery, he/she can get a full/partial refund. The client needs to contact us within 15 days of the delivery dateline.
  •  We also offer additional services if client is not happy with our works. Instead of a refund, we do extra works.
  •  No Refund: after 15 days of Delivery or if client accepted order, then demand new works/complain.

At RI Digital Research, will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it is important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. We have no desire to trick you into purchasing and paying for something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.
